In Cambridge, we’ve come together as concerned residents to address one of the defining challenges of our time: preventing the creation of super‑intelligent AI that, as experts around the world have warned, pose existential risks.

We meet twice each month to learn, discuss, and coordinate actions that raise public and political awareness. Our activities include hosting discussion groups and workshops, organising public information tables, speaking with local representatives and supporting national efforts to stop the race to superintelligence.

 You don’t need expertise in AI or politics to become part of our community. We are a diverse bunch of people – mainly ordinary concerned citizens – using our voices to make the issue visible. Whether you want to join the lively discussions or want to be more active yourself: you are welcome!
